Data Center Infrastructure
Hyperscale campuses need miles of duct banks, limitless utility vaults, and tons of precast. Jensen offers mission critical reliability, detailed specifications, and defined expectations.
Why Data Centers Are Moving to Precast
Cast-in-place duct bank was the default for decades. But hyperscale timelines have changed the math. When you need 40 miles of duct bank and your schedule won’t wait for field-poured concrete to cure, precast is the only answer. The industry’s largest builders have already made the switch.
Speed
Sections arrive ready to set by crane. No forming, no field pour, no cure time. Above ground work starts sooner.
Safety
Reduces jobsite risk by minimizing trench time, confined space entry, and onsite construction activities. Factory built components arrive ready to safely install.
Quality & Consistency
Precise production, repeatable processes, and rigorous quality standards deliver infrastructure that performs consistently, installs efficiently, and meets project demands.
Labor Efficiency
Skilled electrical labor is scarce. Precast moves repetitive work into a controlled environment, freeing electricians for higher-value scope.
Data Center Products & Solutions
Jensen manufactures the full underground infrastructure package for data center campuses. One partner. One set of drawings. One delivery schedule.
Precast Duct Banks
Duct banks are backbone of data center power distribution. We provide modular precast sections with factory installed conduits for medium voltage power, fiber, and communications. Standard sections can be set by crane in minutes. Jensen engineers custom conduit configurations, stub-ups, intersections, and directional changes to match your site plan.
Precast Trench Systems
Trench systems provide accessible, modular pathways for power and communications infrastructure, allowing cables to be installed, inspected, modified, and expanded without excavation. Precast trench products can accelerate installation, simplify future maintenance, reduce disruption during upgrades, and provide greater flexibility for evolving power and connectivity demands.
Pull Boxes
Pull boxes provide critical access points for power and communications networks. Commonly installed along duct bank runs and at changes in direction, they facilitate cable pulling, routing, splicing, and future maintenance while reducing field labor and accelerating installation. Available in a wide variety of sizes and configurations.
Utility Vaults
Utility vaults provide critical access points for power distribution, fiber networks, splicing, switching, and equipment maintenance across data center campuses. Jensen can customize vaults with integrated conduit entrances, equipment openings, cable racking, pulling irons, drainage systems, and other project specific features.
Equipment Pads & Foundations
Transformer pads, switchgear foundations, generator pads, and cooling equipment bases provide crucial support for heavy transformer loads, precise alignment for electrical connections, and settle resistance.
Handholes & Junction Boxes
Ideal access points for cable management, splicing, and maintenance, utility handholes and junction boxes make access easier for data centers. Jensen is one of the largest manufacturers underground enclosures, with products available in concrete, polymer, and fiberglass . Covers are traffic and non-traffic rated, with optional slip-resistant surfaces.
Light Pole Bases
Precast light pole bases provide a durable, ready to install foundation solution for campus roadway, parking, perimeter, and security lighting systems. Manufactured in a controlled environment for consistent quality, they eliminate field forming and cure time, accelerate installation, and support a wide range of pole types, mounting requirements, and site conditions.
Stormwater & Site Infrastructure
Data center campuses need stormwater detention, conveyance pipe, catch basins, and drainage structures. When your underground power infrastructure is manufactured by the same company as your stormwater system, coordination gets simpler.
How a Data Center Campus Comes Together Underground
Behind every data center campus is an extensive network of underground infrastructure that powers and connects the entire facility. From duct banks, trenches, pull boxes, and utility vaults to equipment pads, stormwater systems, and site lighting foundations, precast solutions work together to accelerate construction, improve quality, and support the long-term performance of critical infrastructure.

Build Your Campus with Jensen
Why Jensen for Data Center Projects
A successful data center campus depends on far more than duct bank alone. It takes a coordinated underground infrastructure network that supports power distribution, communications, stormwater management, site lighting, and future expansion.
Unlike manufacturers focused on a single product category, Jensen provides a comprehensive portfolio of precast infrastructure solutions designed to support the full lifecycle of underground and site development projects.
Supported by an experienced in-house engineering team, Jensen can help customize and optimize solutions to meet project-specific requirements, streamline coordination, and accelerate delivery.
Single Source for Everything Underground
Before a single wall goes up, underground trench systems, utility vaults, lift stations, detention basins, stormwater structures, and more must be in place. Jensen’s ready to go.
Western U.S. Manufacturing Footprint
A strategically positioned network of manufacturing facilities helps reduce transportation challenges, improve delivery reliability, and provide the production capacity needed to keep large-scale projects on schedule.
50+ Years of Precast Infrastructure
